- Demonstrate business and financial stability. SVN | Trinity Advisors has been in business for well over 20 years.
- Have an executive certified property manager on staff. SVN | Trinity Advisors Commercial Management has three CPMs on staff.
- Complete a body of extremely complex classes that are geared toward Leadership, Ethics and Business Development Activities.
- Abide by a stringent code of professional ethics that is adopted by the Accredited Management Organization®.
- Hold extensive depositor's forgery and alterations coverage and a fidelity bond.
- Have qualified long-term management relationships.
- Meet stringent standards for firm operations.
- Meet stringent standards for servicing the client.
- Perform functions over and beyond relative to firm operations, servicing the client and managing properties.
- Complete a final interview and be recommended for approval by the local IREM®

Clint Montgomery, CPM, RPA

Clint T. Montgomery brings more than 25 years of industry experience in property management to the team. Prior to joining SVN | Trinity Advisors Montgomery served as senior vice president of Property Management for The Woodmont Company. While there, his responsibilities included overseeing the operation of the property management division, which included a staff of six property managers, two assistant property managers, the director of lease administration, nine administrative assistants, and 11 maintenance personnel. This division managed a portfolio of 44 retail and office properties of approximately 8,750,000 total square feet located across Texas and in eight other states. Montgomery has also served as vice president of property management with two other regional firms. As an active member of the industry, Montgomery has earned the Certified Property Manager (CPM) and Real Property Administrator (RPA) designations. Montgomery earned a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Texas at Arlington.
Carl Brown, CCIM, RPA, FMA

Carl Brown specializes in commercial property management and has been in the industry for the past several years. Prior to his position at SVN | Trinity Advisors, Carl was with Fidelity Asset Management (FAM). His responsibilities covered multiple locations of up to 500,000 square feet of commercial real estate and included office, retail, and industrial warehouses. Carl serviced the life cycle of tenant relations, from the marketing of the property, writing the lease agreements, collections, and overseeing repairs. He is a member of the Society of Commercial Realtors and the Greater Fort Worth Association of Realtors. In 1989 he earned his accounting degree from Oklahoma Christian College. This is where he met his wife of twenty-six years, Jill. Together they are raising two teenagers and are active in the school, church, and community of Joshua, Texas.

Jean McCorvy serves as a property manager at SVN | Trinity Advisors. She began her career in commercial real estate more than 25 years ago and brings her extensive knowledge of property management to the SVN | Trinity Advisors Commercial Management team. Prior to joining SVN, McCorvy managed a high rise in Dallas for BentleyForbes. Previously, McCorvy was responsible for the management of multi-tenant office buildings in Texas and mega retail centers along the east coast. As an active member of the industry, McCorvy has earned the Certified Property Manager (CPM) and holds a Texas Real Estate Broker License.
Jeff Watson

Jeff Watson joins SVN | Trinity Advisors as its newest leasing advisor. With over three years experience in the real estate industry, Watson has developed a passion for retail leasing. He comes to SVN | Trinity Advisors from RadioShack, where he was responsible for negotiating store leases, renewals, relocations and closures in four regions for the company. Prior to that, he worked as an associate for a Fort Worth commercial real estate firm. He has a bachelor's degree from the University of Arkansas.
